On September 14, the students of the Special Class of Aviation Forging Forming Process which was jointly created by the Forging Company and Nanshan University came to the factory to make the new employees adapt to the company's environment and get familiar with the company's business process as soon as possible. A two-day pre-employment training was specially organized for new employees.
The pre-employment training is mainly to explain the company's rules and regulations and the culture of Nanshan Group. The training involves the development history, organizational structure framework, corporate culture, professional technology theory, career planning, safety production knowledge and so on of Nanshan Group. The training helped students further understand the enterprise production chain, cultivate students' recognition of entrepreneurship, improve their sense of belonging and responsibility, and establish a correct awareness of career development planning, paving a way for better going to their posts.
After the training, the participating college students said that through the training, they not only cultivated the team spirit, but also deeply understood the production and culture of Nanshan Group. In addition, I feel particularly honored to be an intern in China's top 500 enterprises. In my future work and study, I will seriously learn professional knowledge from teachers, improve my professional quality, and try my best to contribute to the forging cause.
