Forging Company Held a Lecture on "Basic Knowledge of Airworthiness"
To enhance the scientific and technological literacy of staff, improve the scientific cognition of aviation materials, and build a learning professional enterprise, on May 17, the Forging company held a lecture on "basic knowledge of airworthiness" in the exhibition hall of the Aviation Material Park. Ms. Hao Lian, an expert of Shanghai Aircraft Design and Research Institute was invited here as the training lecturer. More than 70 senior managers, quality inspectors and technicians of the plate and strip division, aluminum company and forging company participated in the training. It is reported that the lecturer hired this time has been engaged in the research on aviation manufacturing and airworthiness requirements for many years. She is a senior expert in this field in China. At present, she is the airworthiness and four nature level II professional chief engineer of the aircraft design support Engineering Technology Institute of Shanghai Aircraft Design and Research Institute. At the meeting, the lecturer explained the "basic airworthiness knowledge" in four aspects: civil aircraft development, airworthiness, airworthiness systems of major manufacturers and airworthiness requirements of suppliers. She also highlighted airworthiness and airworthiness systems of major manufacturers. According to the lecturer, the airworthiness management of civil aircraft is divided into two categories: initial airworthiness management and continuous airworthiness management. Initial airworthiness management is the control of design and manufacturing while continuous Airworthiness Management is that of use and maintenance. An aircraft engaged in international flight must also carry the aircraft registration certificate, aircraft airworthiness certificate and radio station license issued or approved by its state of registration. Through lectures and exchanges, the participants improved their understanding of the importance of process control, fully understood the technical standards and operating procedures of "airworthiness certification" and promoted the high-quality growth of employees, high-level team construction and high-quality development of the enterprise. It also helped the enterprise to further standardize the R & D, production, testing, and application processes, effectively improved the management level and quality process control ability of production enterprises and speeded up the R & D and application process of domestic aluminum materials.
